Therapy Services

I offer therapy for teens and young adults using evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that affect emotions and behaviors. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) builds skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and increasing mindfulness. Somatic Therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, using techniques like breathwork and movement to release stored stress and trauma. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy that helps process and heal from past trauma by using guided eye movements. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients can build resilience and find relief.

Therapy is a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I tailor therapy to your needs, integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic therapy, and creative approaches like art therapy to best support you!
